Urban Decay NAKED Flushed Review & Swatch

Urban Decay NAKED Flushed review!

As a massive lover of Urban Decay products, I needed to buy this Flushed pallet so I could add it to my collection.
You get a Bronzer, Highlighter and a Blusher that you can either use separately or mix them on your brush all together. There is 14g of product and the packaging is very sleek and easy to keep in your daytime make up bag. The mirror is a good size and great for on the go make up application.

The bronzer is a medium skin tone matte shade with orange undertones.
Highlighter is a very shimmery and silky soft.
The blusher is a dark pink with a hint of shimmer but looks more matte when applied.

This pallet is very pigmented and a little does go a long way, I would suggest a small fluffy brush when using this as the highlighter and blusher are close together & small.
I absolutely love this and I'm very pleased I decided to buy it, so well done urban decay you have done it again, fantastic product!

The swatch above was with no flash and I had swiped my finger across each shade twice then applied it to my hand.

Do you have the Naked flushed?

Revlon ColorBurst Lacquer Balms Review

Revlon ColorBurst Lacquer Balm's.

These new Revlon Lacquer balms are new to the shelves in the UK and I couldn't wait to get my hands on them.
There's a good range of colours to choose from and they have matte finish too so I'm sure you would find a shade to suit you.
I picked Vivacious & Provocateur.

The packaging isn't really anything special, but what I do love is you don't need a sharpener for these as they just twist up if you need more product to come out.

Vivacious Is a gorgeous hot pink.

Provocateur Is a blue toned bright red.

Left - Provocateur      Right - Vivacious

As you can see they are very shiny, they are a lot like the Revlon Lip Butters but just in a pencil. They feel so soft and moisturising on the lips.
I love the colours I picked and cant wait to try more (maybe all of them hehe)
It lasted me about 3 hours before I needed to apply again even after drinking tea and eating.
You only need one swipe and away you go, so easy to apply!

There is a little bit of a mint scent and I'm not sure if its just me but I can feel my lips tingle just a little bit once I have put it on. I don't usually like balms that tingle your lips but it's not unbearable.

I got these from Boots for £7.99 each.

What colours do you recommend?

Nyx Round Lipstick Review

NYX Round Lipstick Review.

Hello lovely people, I have always wanted to try the brand NYX after seeing people rave about the products they have got. So I went onto the website and had a little look.. after adding quite a few items to my basket I decided to buy them, after all you will never know if you like something until you have tried it right...

The product I liked the most was these two lipsticks I got in the sale for £2.50 instead of £4.00 .. BARGAIN!

Left - Fig. Right - Spellbound

I absolutely love these lipsticks and cant wait to order more!
They feel so smooth and creamy, the pigmentation is fantastic and defiantly don't feel like they would be a cheap brand when its applied. They don't dry your lips out and I don't even need a lip balm underneath!

The packaging...yeah it looks plain and feels cheap but what do you expect for the price. As long as what's inside the packaging is good I don't really mind.

"The mineral-based emollient formula offers a beautiful velvet texture, saturated colour and it resists wear and smudging. It's your go-to lipstick. From Pure Nude to Pink Lyric to Chic Red, Round Lipstick is available in a jaw-dropping 144 shades" - from the nyx website.

Top - Fig. Bottom - Spellbound

The swatch above was just one swipe from the lipstick and as you can see they are both gorgeous!
Fig is a pale pink and it's perfect for an every day lippy.

Spellbound is a more darker pinky red, I would wear this more for nights out as its very 'in your face' when applied to the lips.

Overall I really really do love these lipsticks & I'm sure you girls would too!

Do you have any NYX lipsticks? What shades do you have & recommend for me to buy?

POP Nail Enamel Review

POP Nail Enamel!

Hey girlies! I thought I would share with you my thoughts on these little POP nail enamels!
I got these from asos and they came as a trio for £9.50 instead of £13.00 and in my opinion is a bargain I just couldn't refuse.
They're all 15ml bottles tall & slim so I find them easier to store in my huge collection of nail varnish hehe.
I use two coats and the colour lasts me about 3 days, you don't even need a top coat with these as the finish is lovely.
The brush isn't the best I have used but it does the job.
I absolutely love the shades I got.

Flirty Fuchcia - This is one pretty pink, definitely a must have!

Loud Lime - This was the one thought I wasn't going to like as much because it didn't look so nice online.. but I do really really like this colour, I can tell I will be wearing this all the time in the summer :)

Twinkle - This is just so gorgeous & it definitely twinkles. I love wearing glitters all year round, they can make any dull polish look beautiful.
This is a full on coverage nail glitter so you don't need a nail polish underneath it and that's what I love about it!

Overall I'm very pleased I decided to buy these nail enamels, I'm not sure if I would pay the full price for them but I do really like the finish and the thick formula of these.

Will you be buying nail POP?

Boots Haul

Boots haul!

So i have been to boots and picked up a few things :)

As soon as I saw this Maybelline baby skin instant pore eraser in my local boots at £7.99 I couldn't help but put it into my basket. The formula is like a thick silicone gel and for me thats something I love, I really don't like thin and watery primers/creams. When I applied this to my face concentrating on my nose and chin where most of my pores are visible it felt silky smooth and definitely helped reduce my pores. I wouldn't say it erases them completely but they are noticibly less visible. could this be a benefit porefessional dupe?!

Loreal Color Riche Lipstick. Julianne's Nude. £8.19
I saw this and I'm not usually a nude lipstick kinda girl, not because I dont like them it's more because I have never found one to suit me and that doesnt make me look silly.
This is a gorgeous nude pink and I have fallen in love with it. I would definatly wear this more in the day time and will be perfect for the spring/summer.

I have been looking for a new eyelash curler for a while now and can never seem to find one that looks sturdy. This is a models own one and a bargain at £6.00 I love the bright pink handles. I really like how it curls my lashes and doesn't pull on my skin like some I have had in the past. I would recommend this to anyone who likes curlers or is new to them as its so easy to use.
The last thing I picked up was the maybelline lasting drama gel eyeliner - Intense black. I have used this in the past and really liked it.
It claims to last 24hrs.. I have never tested that out because I usually only wear my makeup for 9 hours ish. These little pots last me months, you don't need much.. a little goes a long way!

Will you be buying any of these products?
